You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up. If your order is within business hours, your order will normally be ready to be picked up within 15 minutes.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT STORE I CAN CLICK & COLLECT FROM?

When adding an item to your cart for Click and Collect, at the checkout you can see what store items are available at. If the item you are looking at is located at another store, send us a message! We can easily interchange between locations

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our store, you will be notified via email. All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement during Business hours excluding weekends and public holidays. 

AUSTRALIA

Free standard shipping when you spend over $150 AUD and Free Express shipping when you spend over $300 AUD

Orders under $150 AUD are a flat rate charge of: 

  • Standard - $10 AUD
  • Express - $15 AUD

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times will depend where you are located. All orders are processed with Australia post. Their recommendations are;

Standard - 4 - 7 Business Days

Express - 1 - 4 Business Days

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Sunny and West will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIMES?

Orders placed before 12pm during business hours will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched where possible on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves Sunny and West Store. 

INTERNATIONAL

We offer Standard international shipping through Australia Post. Estimated shipping time is 6 to 27 business days.

  • Flat rate fee of $30.00

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. SUNNY AND WEST is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
